About the Position: This role is ideal for a Commercial Litigation Lawyer (3–5 years PAE) who’s ready to work on varied and stimulating matters in a team that values initiative and supports growth. You'll collaborate with senior practitioners and experienced litigators across a wide portfolio of disputes involving: Contract breaches and commercial conflict Shareholder disputes and directors' liability Corporate insolvency and bankruptcy claims Property and leasing disputes Construction disagreements and debt enforcement Regulatory investigations and risk strategy This is a great opportunity to handle sophisticated files, contribute meaningfully to outcomes, and develop a strong litigation profile while receiving support every step of the way.
